Hohner Preciosa

I have just now rec'd a (hand-me-down) Hohner "PRECIOCA" harmonica.
How old might it be ?  My recent Hohner Catalogue does not show it. The
Canadian $ price on it is $13.00  I have not sanitized it yet, and so have
not played it.
It is double row, 20 hole, so must be octave tuned or tremolo.

Any ideas ?   bg
