I guess I need to drag out that ancient vinyl again for a listen.  

After years of switching back and forth between a low F for rhythm and a high F 
for solos, I got a SBS with the range for both.  They sound as good as the 
short harps, and the low octave chords are SOOOOOoooo sweet.
