Terry McMillan has a lot of great C&W harp on his solo Christian CDs:  "Somebody's Comin" and "I've Got a Feeling".  Both are very tight.  

My garage band plays C&W with some harp, check out:  www.littlewhitelie.com, we have links to some sound samples on MP3.com.  I suggest playing through a couple of fiddle and bluegrass tunes to get the feel.
