I e-mailed him to be sure and received the following reply:

"Thanks for the email.  Yeah that was us wth Sam Lay.  Chris James was
singing, Patrick Rynn on Bass,  me on harp.  That show was filmed some time
ago at
the Chicago Blues Fest.  Chris, Patrick, and I are stil together as a unit
with
Willie Hayes on drums now."

Sam Lay, now, plays mostly with Siegel-Schwall (when they Do gig)
