New Harmonica Book

I just received a copy of Martin Häffner and Lars Lindenmüller's book
"Harmonica Makers of Austria and Germany". Just leafing through it I'm
amazed at the fantastic resource this book represents. A full colour
compendium of German and Austrian harmonica makers and their wares.
Many catalogue illustrations with text and descriptions to match.
Originally published in a German language version I've been waiting a
good long while for it to appear in English. If you collect harmonicas
or are interested in the history of the industry and their production
this book is a must have. Currently available in North America from
Harland Crain of Harmonica Collectors International fame, Harley can be
reached via e-mail at hcrain@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx alternately the book is
available from the German Harmonica Museusm, info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The U.S. price is $29.00 plus shipping. The trademark section in the
appendix is worth the price of admission. Again I'm so very pleased to
have this book, a huge lot of information all in one place. My life
just got a lot easier. It's almost like cheating to have this all
collected like this. I've been buying harmonica catalogues for years
and I don't have most of this stuff. fjm
