Aretha Franklin Chain of fools C minor?

Hi all,
my band just hooked a terrific female lead vocalist which is opening up a lot of new possibilities. One of the songs we tried the other night is Chain Of Fools By Aretha Franklin
Does anybody know what key this is in? I beleive it is in C Minor?  so does that mean I should play third position on a Bb harp? any tips on playing this tune would be great.
