Bill Stewart,  harmonica maker and repairer, player, good friend to all 
harmonica folk who knew him, died last Friday.

Bill was THE leading maker and customiser of harmonicas in the UK.  He made 
plastic and metal combs of meticulous workmanship and acted as personal 
tuner for many of the top players.   He was one of those people with no ' 
professional secrets', he shared his knowledge and expertise  willingly 
with those who were interested.
