Agreed.  Maybe I've led a sheltered life, but I don't think I've ever
encountered the
much-discussed "stigma".   And  I look at the low profile of our instrument
as an
advantage - I would far rather get the ol' "I didn't know the harmonica
could sound
like that!" than "You should listen to Howard Levy - he can REALLY play!"
