new George Smith release?

Hey everybody,

I saw on Bluebeat Music there is a new George Smith release called "West 
Coast Down Home Harp".  Does anybody know anything about this?  Is it just a 
re-release of an old album under a different name, or never before released 
tracks, or both?  Anybody know who backs him on it?
