The best anti-feedback you can do is turn your amp or mic down. Typically 
when you are fighting feedback its because you are too loud. Don't worry about 
"break-up" ;its better to have a sound that's cleaner anyway so that out front 
it won't sound like a bee. Harmonica frequency tends to be heard over other 
instruments at a lower volume so I wouldn't worry too much about not being heard.
