I, in my youth, jogged, studied T'ai Chi, Yoga, meditation, all of the =

I have found that the sedentary lifestyle of sitting in front of a =
computer all day, and sitting while playing music in my spare time needs =
a strong antidote.
Now, in the youth of my old age, I just ride a bicycle every day, for at =
least an hour's total time. I use it for errands, going to the post =
office, library, off-site meetings during work time, doctor's =
appointments, meeting my wife for lunch, etc. etc. In the winter when it =
rains, I wear a vinyl rainsuit. No excuses!
Harp content: I have tried playing harmonica and riding, but it looks =
ridiculous! (Plus, I don't feel comfortable pedalling with only one hand =
on the handlebars.) If I want extra aerobic points, I practice =
singing...
