I have my autographs on non-functioning sp20's and a Hering (Musselwhite's).
I remove the covers and spray them with the same poly-urethane I use for my
marine band combs (non-toxic water based), then put them in an old harp case
and store (the guts of the harp go into my spare parts box). My long term
plan is to build a display of some sort for the covers. I hope the poly
doesn't yellow but I figure a little coat of protection is better than
nothing.
