I'm sorry to repost, I was wrong.  You cannot post directly to harp-l 
using the yahoo web interface.  It took me creating a second yahoo id 
to discover this.  I can post and so can two other people but nobody 
else can.  Co-listowners.  I'm trying to see if this can be changed 
but the really truly solution is going to be harp-l having their own
