Essential harmonica books (not tutorial)

What are your favorites? To me, the big three are the Little Walter bio, 
naturally, plus "Harmonicas, Harps and Heavy Breathers" by Kim Field, and 
"Mr. Satan's Apprentice" by Adam Gussow. Others?
