I'll have to chime in with the majority here.  The (U.S. handmade) 
Special 20's are quite nice right out of the box, and have been my 
harp of choice since the late-'70s.  Ten or twelve years ago they had 
a bit of a bad run -- tuning issues -- but in recent years Sp20s have 
been uniformly excellent IMHO.  Now if we could just convince 'em to 
make a High-A...  :)
