okay. Tell me about 12th position.  :-)

I was thinking 3rd because I was told for minor keys
3rd was the one to use.
I was also told to use (for example) a D harp to play
in Em using the 4 draw as my root note.This is all new
to me so I thought harp-l would be the place to ask.
