Slow Vibrato

Anybody got any tips on getting a slow vibrato - like the one that Rick
Estrin uses on Marion's Mood? There's a point in the track where he really
nails a long slow greasy vibrato.
I've tried diaphragm, tongue, jaw, throat - what the heck's going on here? I
can get a slow vibrato, but not THAT slow...
