Charlie Musselwhite CD

since the Iceman brought it up, i thought i'd ask: anyone know how to get a 
hold of a copy of "The Harmonica According to Charlie Musselwhite"? 
hopefully on CD. i know it was reissued a few years ago, but i haven't found 
it at any of the usual places.
