Detalis SPAH 2003....Summit 2003??

Is there anyone in Harp-land that night have some early details about SPAH 2003??  I am looking forward to attending my first SPAH convention wouls appreciate any early details e.g.hotel location etc.  Also, is there any news about the possibility of a Summit 2003 in Phoenix??
