For what it's worth, it MIGHT be that a lot of boutique harp-amp makers 
don't make little amps because there are just so many stellar ones available 
for harp players already. Names like Alamo, Fender, Premier, Ampeg, Valco, 
Supro, Airline, Kalamazoo, Gibson, and Silvertone come to mind. You could 
pick up, say, a small Supro amp, have a tech give it an overhaul (replacing 
any bum caps, putting on a three-prong cord, etc.), and install a speaker 
line out - all for less than $300 total in a lot of cases. And you'd have a 
great point-to-point wired vintage amp. I can't imagine a boutique maker 
producing a similar amp in that price range. YMMV.
