I use an Airline wireless that I bought new on eBay. There is no belt pack. The transmitter uses an AAA battery and has a 1/4" male plug. I use Switchcraft adaptors on both my amphenol and XLR microphones so that I can plug the transmitter in. The receiver sits next to (or on top of) my amp and takes a 9 volt battery.
