Blues guitar and harmonica player Paul Geremia was born on this day in 1944.
geremia has been working professionally since the early 1960's, both as a
solo act and backing Eric Von Scmidt, Dave Von Ronk and other musicians.

Blues singer, bass and harmonica player Keri leigh was born on this day in
1969.  Originally from Oklahoma, Leigh settled in Austin, Texas and became
an important part of that city's Blues scene, recording several albums of
her own music.

Blues guitarand harmonica player Earl Hooker died on this day in 1970.
Hooker spent most of his career working around Chicago, playing with Bo
Diddley, Ike Turner, Robert Nighthawk and others.
