What's different about harp-l

Ok everyone out there in harp-l-digest land, notice anything different? 
Yes that's right, the digests are readable again.  The html formatting
codes aren't there any more.  I'd like to personally thank Bob Zabor for
accomplishing this for us.  Noticing the problem he actually wrote to
harp-l-workers and volunteered to work on installing demime to solve
it.  He's been hard at it for awhile now, assisted by the ever able
Jonas Karlsson another unsung hero of harp-l.  The digest size has been
cut in half.  This was no mean feat, I for one am impressed.  Thanks
