Daily Almanac - December 29

Rock bass guitar, flute and harmonica player Ray Thomas was born on this day
in 1941.  Thomas was one of the founding members of The Moody Blues and you
hear hear him once in a while on their records.

Birthday greetings go out to list meber and good friend Tony Sheppard.  Tony
has been playing music professionally for several decades, mostly as a piano
player, but he took up the harmonica in earnest a few years ago.  He 's a
great asset to the community of harmonica players.  Happy Birthday
Tony!!!!!!
