Really depends what you call "experimental". I'm not familiar with the two 
above names, but if any harmonica players are heavily into pushing the 
boundaries of jazz, I've never heard of them. 

Now people like Greg Szlapczynski, Howard Levy, Bill Barrett and Roland van 
Straaten are really pushing the boundaries of the harmonica, but I doubt if 
their playing would make fans of "out-there" jazz bat an eyelid...
