A little help please

How do I get rid of all that garbage that follows my post?  I think its =
about being in a Mime Format.  I don't really know what that's about, or =
how to change it, but I'm sure it would save a lot of space if it wasn't =
there.  Could someone please post the answer for us all to learn?  =
