Please change my service to the digest only

Hi I am recieving individual emails and would prefer receiving the digest 
only.  I do want to have the ability to communicate both on and off list. Thank 
you for your attention to this matter.  Can I simply unsubscribe from harp-L 
and still retain the digest?
