Harp Combs

I have really enjoyed all the various discussions on harps and their
construction.  I have one question that I like to ask:

For the Marine Band, Special 20, ect....  Is there a difference in size of
the comb's air chambers, depending on the key of the harp?  In other words,
does one size fit or work with all keys of a particular harp or does the
comb's design change.  For example, is the comb of Special 20 in the key of
G, interchangable with a comb of a Special 20 in the key of F?  If not, at
what keys do the air chambers increase or decrease.

Any advice whould be appreciated.
