My point here, in case anyone misses it, is that "smokey blues bars" are by
definition smokey.  If you don't like it, don't go.  Choose some other
hobby or profession, like stamp collecting or classical violing playing,
where the environment is nice, clean and healthy.  Don't whinge and whine
about the surroundings you *choose* to play in.

That would be like, ooooh, joining harp-l then complaining that you keep
getting all this email about harmonicas and related subjects.
