A while back someone mentioned here a kit, with tuner and detailed
instructions, for tuning harps.  I seem to remember that it came from a
major harp maker (was it Lee Oskar?). I have managed to lose the message
in a forced reorganization of my hard disk :(

Anyway, does anyone know anything about this.  Where they come from, who 
sells them etc.  I have just GOT to learn how to tune harps: some of mine 
are beginning to drive me crazy.
