3 draw can be bent a total of 3 semitones on a traditional diatonic harp. 
Because of this, it requires more skill to bend it to the particular note
you want (usually 2 semitones.)  I wish I had an easy "fix", but you just
need to practice it more.  Try to isolate and perfect each one of the three
tones and you'll master it a lot faster.  And don't get discouraged.  It CAN
be done as long as you keep working on it.
