Like everything else in electronics, this technology changes rapidly and
becomes obsolete overnight. This is especially true of sound modules. The
older they are, the more ~cheesy~ they sound.  In the past, the
"workstation" type of sequencer or sound modules with a keyboard(DX7) have
had a much better resale value than the equivalent keyboardless types.
