Phil Wiggins Workshop

Phil Wiggins will be leading a free harmonica workshop at the 7th
annual DC Blues Festival. I'm not sure how interactive it will be, or
how much he will teach (last year's, taught by Charlie Sayles, was
pretty basic but helpful) but it should be worth checking out. John
Cephas & Phil Wiggins will also be performing at the festival. (and
Cephas will be doing a guitar workshop) Here is some more information

   The D.C. Blues Society, in conjunction with the National Park Service
   - National Capitol Region, presents its 7th Annual Blues Festival
   featuring the acoustic blues duo Cephas and Wiggins. The rest of the
   line-up will be announced shortly.

   The festival is sponsored in-part by a grant from the D.C. Commission
   on the Arts and Humanities.
