	Is the paper cone torn or punctured?  Is there a FOAM

	There are some very fine 10" speakers available. 30 Hz-10khz should 
be ok for most things you can play on a harmonica. I think if you look around 
you will be able to find something for less than $40, though. It depends 
a lot on how many watts you are going to feed it and the impedances. 
Where do you live? maybe someone in your area can take a look and give 
some 1st hand advice.
