Re: shaker mics
I have to second jennie's comments suggesting that you don't simply dismiss
the shaker. I, too, have small hands, and have found that the shaker is
easier to cup tightly than my bullet or astatic. I also agree with John
Frazer that it's a cool mic just to shove in your pocket and carry around.
As to feedback, I never had more of a problem with the shaker than anything
else.
I do agree with the original post that said the shaker is not as "hot" as a
lot of other mics, but it does have some cool benefits....
