Ron,

Thanks for offering to answer questions on the ECH.  I know a lot of the
Harp-L members are very interested in its possibilities.

I'd like to start with a pretty rudimentary question:

Does the ECH handle bends?  Personally, I'm most interested in *whether* it
handles them, but I'm sure some of the more technically-inclined folks on
the list would also be interested in how it handles them (if at all).

I'd also like to know about the availability, price, distribution of the
ECH if that information is public.
