Interresting about Blackie Shackner's book. I don't know who he is, but I
bought this book from Mr Farrell. It contains some info, but nothing more
than you would find in the Steve Baker book on harmonica. (Can't remember
the title exactly). The Steve Baker book was much better written with really
complete information. Blackie Shackner, nothing personal, appears to be
illiterate. The book which is nothing more than photocopies of typed stuff
spiral bound was a complete repeat of info in his earlier book on the Blues
harp. It is so badly written that it is not funny! Although the book
enlightened me somewhat, I regret not buying the Steve Baker book instead.
For what it's worth.
