I think it's kind of funny 'cause that's the way I felt last saturday at a
gig. I just play a few songs each set and it was a song that the
guitarist/song writer had wanted me to learn some stuff and come up some of
my own. Well I get nervous as can be whenever I play so I get up there and do
my stuff lead and some fills but I screwed up up big time. I wanted to get 4
notes out of the 3 draw. Not something I've worked on except for this song.
Nice little chromatic steps. Yeah right... I felt like crap. But later after
the set the guys in the band couldn't say enough about. They thought it was
great. They just loved it. I told the guitarist that I was sorry I screwed up
the lead. He said it sounded just fine. I geuss it's good that most of the
music is original that way what ever I play is the way it's supposed to be ;)

I learned a couple things that night. One was I geuss I judge myself to hard.
And the second thing is alot of people don't know about playing the harp so
they didn't notice that it wasn't 4 seperate notes they just like the
music...
