Once upon a time I wrote to the late Isaac Asimov, one of my very favorite
science fiction writers. He also replied via postcard, which I still have.
Writers--especially well-known writers--measure their mail by the ton! At
least we got cards, I have written several other authors (not famous, either)
and have gotten zilch--nada!
