 FWIW, I thought this was a poor book. Duncan takes a rather stern tone,
writing at one point (as I recall) that you *have* to tongue block to play
chromatic. Nonsense, of course.
 I think this book is only useful if you want to play in the old-style
harmonica band sort of way. It reminded me of the books they give junior
high students who are trying to learn how to play band instruments.
