Great advice on breathing techniques and analogies to singing or vocalizations
of any sort really.  I had never thought of the analogy to singing melodies
before, but Kim is spot on, it really is akin to singing along with the melody
of a tune.  Maybe that's one of the reasons I like blues so much, it HAS a 
melody, unlike some other stuff floating around our streets and airways.
