Hohner MS, Kavoukian retiring

Avi in Vancouver asks about MS series. See my post about this
from last week - I had a long talk with the President of Hohner
about the MS series.

You can get handmade Marine Bands, Special 20's and Golden
Melodys. They are still made and they're in the distributor's
catalog (there are also MS versions of the MB and Sp20). The
retailer just has to order them (don't let them tell you
otherwise). The Pro Harp, however, is MS to stay.

By the way, Jack Kavoukian is retiring from Hohner in March. I've
met his successor, Josh Fertel, who is a younger guy, and is
actually a musician - a MIDI guy, but at least he plays music
(he's produced the music for a regional Macdonald's commercial).
He seems like a nice enough chap.
