advertising on Harp-L

I've seen some complaints today about Norm Ives first two postings on which
he gave information about his commercial enterprises.

O.K. folks let's calm down.
Norm is brand new to harp-L and may be new online all together.  Just drop
him a note explaining protocol and there will be no problem.  Don't expect
him to know all the rules just because you've been around the block a couple
times and he just stepped out the door.
