Matt Brand's error- riddled FAQ

I copied the Matt Brand harmonica FAQ posted by Harvey to a
separate disk file and started combing it for errors. There's an
error of fact about once every three lines of text. Brand has a
large amount of information reasonably well organized, but much
of it is bad information from someone who doesn't know when he's
guessing and when he's speaking fact. As already pointed out, he
also frequently lards misinformation with narrow personal
opinion.

Sorry to be so negative, but I hate bad information, even
(perhaps especially, because it has greater potential to do
damage) when the bearer is well-intentioned.

I wouldn't use it for HARP-L purposes. Correcting it would take
so much work that we might as well write a new one.

This also brings up something that I've been thinking about. In
addition to an editor, we need fact checkers. I volunteer.
