Do the Strnad.....

On a serious note, has anyone out there used the Strnad microphones?

Do I really want to buy a 12 holer and use it on both a 12 hole and 10
hole? I want to used it with a rack, and am eyeing the one with a volume
control.  It's not crystal, but how's the sound?  Any tricks, hints and
kinks I should know about? Are they hard to change out harps?
