I don't know what the list is, but I got it new for $625 including tax.
Only time will tell if it lasts as long as a vintage amp, but it sure seems
pretty solid.

I've tried four different bullets through it, new and old, and for my style
the 57 does the best job.  I still use an old Astatic for the Chicago
thing, though.
