Tom Ellis of Tom's mics uses a guy in Indiana for all his repair work.  
His name is Tim Norrisand his number is (812) 654- 3128 I'm sure he knows 
of sources for the connectors you're looking for.  Tom Ellis at (214) 
328-3225 is also very helpful in terms of identifying old mics.  He also 
has sources for cords and connectors.  Reasonable prices.  Both these 
guys are harmonica players to boot.  FJM
