The reason I mentioned GIFs(or some other image type) is that images are a
very common medium on the gopher or Mosaic and the WWW. Sound files and
other such things are common place and usually quite large. I don't want to
limit anyone's access to information, but this is the 90's. We should take
full advantage of the gopher services.
