Question about a couple of players

There are a couple of harp players I've heard who I'm trying to find more 
about. The first is a bluegrass player I heard on the radio recently. I 
forget his name - it's either Mark or Mike Stevens (or maybe Stephens). 
DOes anyone know who he's recorded with or if he has any solo albums?

The second is the guy who played with Pete Townshend a few years ago on 
"Deep End Live." I can't remember his name but he played some very tasty 
blues harp. Who is he and who else has he played with?
