If it's bad out of the box (or soon thereafter) the manufacturer will replace
or fix the harp for free. If it's used you can still send it back. I wore out
a Hohner and sent it back to them to get
the four draw fixed (not knowing enough about tuning at the time). They
revamped and retuned everything for two bucks (I had the burrs to prove it).
I'm not saying you shouldn't try to get the store to take it back but there's
no need to swallow more than the mailing cost. One way or another, if they
don't get returned the manufacturer never knows and they need to.
